Course Overview
This course equips you to support mindfulness experiences for individuals with profound disabilities. Through personal mindfulness practices, you’ll enhance your wellbeing and learn ways to facilitate meaningful mindfulness experiences for others. This hands-on course consists of three modules, each divided into two parts, focusing on different mindfulness techniques: body scan, breathing exercises, and mindfulness of breath.
